Afterglow

Afterglow captures that extraordinary few minutes when the sun has slipped away but the sky simply isn't finished showing off. Layers of coral, peach, rust, crimson, gold, and deep burgundy sweep across the fiber landscape, creating rolling fields beneath a sky still glowing with the last warmth of the day. Mary Beth uses subtle shifts in fiber, texture, and color to give the piece a wonderful sense of distance and movement—as though the light is slowly traveling across the land. Set within its weathered rustic frame, Afterglow holds onto that fleeting moment when everything becomes warmer, softer, and just a little more magical.
